4. AI Content Processing
Pic+ is an AI creative service. To generate or edit images and videos, we process the files, prompts, settings, and other inputs you provide. Uploaded images and videos are used solely to complete the generation or editing request you initiate. They may be transmitted to infrastructure providers, AI model providers, moderation providers, storage providers, and CDN providers solely as needed to deliver and secure the requested Services.
Uploaded source images and videos, other generation inputs, and generated outputs are subject to the applicable retention provisions described in Section 6. We do not collect or retain biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying or authenticating individuals. We do not use uploaded images for facial identification or authentication, or create facial recognition profiles for those purposes. We do not use your uploaded content or generated outputs to train AI models.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers and processors that host, store, transmit, generate, moderate, secure, analyze, or support the Services.
- AI model and generation providers that process your inputs to create requested outputs.
- Payment processors, app stores, banks, and tax or billing providers that process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and fraud checks.
- Analytics, attribution, and advertising measurement providers that help us understand product performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Legal, compliance, safety, and security partners when necessary to protect rights, enforce terms, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
- Professional advisors, auditors, insurers, or business transaction parties in connection with financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer.
We do not sell your uploaded images or generated content. Where applicable law treats certain analytics or advertising disclosures as a "sale" or "sharing", you may exercise the opt-out rights described below.
6. Data Retention
We retain different categories of information for different periods, as described below. Other information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
- Account and purchase records are retained while your account is active and as needed for tax, accounting, dispute, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
- Inputs and outputs associated with video template generation and image editing features are retained for 30 days and are then permanently deleted. Deleted content cannot be recovered. Please save any of these inputs and outputs you wish to retain before the retention period ends. Other account assets may be retained as needed for the purposes described in this Policy.
- Temporary processing files, failed uploads, logs, cache files, and moderation records are retained only as needed for reliability, security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. Copies of inputs or outputs associated with video template generation and image editing features contained in these systems are subject to the same 30-day deletion policy described above.
- Policy confirmation records may be retained while your account is active and as needed to document compliance, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms.
- Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained for analytics, reporting, and service improvement.
