This Privacy Policy explains how Redshift Inc. ("Pic+", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you use Pic+ websites, mobile applications, AI image and video generation tools, asset libraries, subscriptions, credits, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you acknowledge that we process your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Depending on how you use Pic+, we may collect the following information:

• Account identifiers, such as email address, user ID, login status, subscription status, credit balance, and account preferences.
• User content and inputs, such as uploaded images, videos, prompts, reference materials, and generation settings processed to provide the requested Services, as well as generated outputs saved to your assets or history.
• Transaction information, such as plan type, credit package, purchase time, payment status, refund status, invoice identifiers, and app store or payment processor metadata. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Usage and device data, such as pages viewed, feature interactions, generation requests, error logs, browser or device type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, language, operating system, and diagnostic data.
• Safety and moderation data, such as NSFW, abuse, fraud, policy compliance, and security check results related to uploaded content or generated outputs.
• Communications, such as support requests, feedback, survey responses, and other messages you send to us.
• Cookies and similar technologies used for authentication, session continuity, analytics, attribution, fraud prevention, and preference storage.

• To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including AI image and video generation, editing, storage, downloads, and asset management.
• To process uploads, prompts, generation settings, and outputs requested by you.
• To authenticate users, manage accounts, subscriptions, credits, payments, refunds, and purchase recovery.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, spam, unauthorized access, and violations of our policies.
• To perform safety reviews, content moderation, NSFW checks, legal compliance checks, and quality assurance.
• To analyze product usage, troubleshoot bugs, measure performance, improve user experience, and develop new features.
• To provide customer support, respond to inquiries, send service notices, and communicate policy or product updates.
• To comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect the rights, safety, and property of Pic+, users, and others.

Pic+ is an AI creative service. To generate or edit images and videos, we process the files, prompts, settings, and other inputs you provide. Uploaded images and videos are used solely to complete the generation or editing request you initiate. They may be transmitted to infrastructure providers, AI model providers, moderation providers, storage providers, and CDN providers solely as needed to deliver and secure the requested Services.

We do not retain uploaded source images or videos unless retention is necessary to provide the requested Services, maintain assets or history you choose to keep, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or enforce our Terms. When retention is no longer necessary, uploaded source files are deleted or de-identified. We do not collect or retain facial data, use uploaded images to identify you by face, or create facial recognition profiles. We do not use your uploaded content or generated outputs to train AI models.

We may share information with the following categories of recipients:

• Service providers and processors that host, store, transmit, generate, moderate, secure, analyze, or support the Services.
• AI model and generation providers that process your inputs to create requested outputs.
• Payment processors, app stores, banks, and tax or billing providers that process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and fraud checks.
• Analytics, attribution, and advertising measurement providers that help us understand product performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Legal, compliance, safety, and security partners when necessary to protect rights, enforce terms, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
• Professional advisors, auditors, insurers, or business transaction parties in connection with financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer.

We do not sell your uploaded images or generated content. Where applicable law treats certain analytics or advertising disclosures as a "sale" or "sharing", you may exercise the opt-out rights described below.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

• Account and purchase records are retained while your account is active and as needed for tax, accounting, dispute, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
• Uploaded source images and videos are not retained unless retention is necessary to provide the requested Services, maintain assets or history you choose to keep, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or enforce our Terms.
• Generated outputs saved to your assets or history are retained until you delete them, your account is deleted, or retention is no longer needed.
• Temporary processing files, failed uploads, logs, cache files, and moderation records may be retained for a limited period for reliability, security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained for analytics, reporting, and service improvement.

Depending on your location, including if you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, California, or another jurisdiction with similar privacy laws, you may have the right to:

• Access, confirm, or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
• Delete personal information, subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, transaction, or technical retention exceptions.
• Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing and certain legitimate-interest processing.
• Port personal information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format where required by law.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing.
• Opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing of personal information where applicable.
